What to Expect

Breathwork

Through guided breathwork sessions, you will unlock deeper awareness, reduce stress, and enhance your mental and physical resilience. Learn techniques that regulate your nervous system, clear emotional blockages, and create clarity.

Cold Exposure

Experience the power of cold immersion in a safe, supportive environment. Cold exposure helps build mental toughness, boost the immune system, and increase circulation, leaving you feeling refreshed and empowered.

Kirtan & Sound Healing

A deeply immersive music and mantra experience, Kirtan is an ancient practice that helps quiet the mind and open the heart. You don’t need any musical experience—just a willingness to connect, sing, or simply listen. Our sound healers use live instruments and voice to create a healing vibrational experience that promotes relaxation and emotional release.

Movement, Meditation, Yoga

Guided movement and meditation practices will help you ground, centre, and integrate your experience. Yin yoga will help release tension, improve flexibility, and promote deep relaxation.

Hiking

We will be going on group hikes through the Blue Mountains, expect it to be cold and likely snow. The hike will be a mental and physical challenge but suitable for all levels of fitness.

Luke McLean

Lead Facilitator

Founder of Centred Retreats, Luke is passionate about helping people reconnect to themselves through breath, cold exposure, and nature-based experiences.

He is certified as a Wim Hof Method Instructor & Oxygen Advantage Functional Breathing Coach.

A father to a 4-year-old daughter, he spends much of his time exploring nature & sharing these powerful practices with others.

Mitchell Horn

Musician, Artist & Sound Healer

Mitchell is a passionate musician and artist who brings a deep sense of connection to his sound healing sessions. He has been working with Luke in spaces over the past few years.

He loves engaging in deep conversations, exploring the power of music, and tending to his plants.

His ability to create a calming atmosphere through sound allows participants to experience deep relaxation and emotional release.

Marko Kuna

Breathwork & Cold Facilitator

An expert in resilience training, Marko brings deep knowledge in cold exposure and peak performance.

Marko is also a Wim Hof Method Instructor, Oxygen Advantage Breathwork Coach & is Co-Founder of Flow St8 Studio in Melbourne.

As a father of two boys, he is passionate about fitness, football, and helping others push past their limits.

Anthony Apostolou

Anthony is a multi-talented artist and musician who finds joy in creating music, cooking, and connecting with people. His sound healing sessions are designed to help participants access a profound state of relaxation and inner peace.

With a deep love for bringing people together through music and food, Anthony’s energy creates a warm and welcoming space for all

Georgia facilitates heart-opening Kirtan sessions, using voice and music as a tool for healing and connection.

A truly special soul, she holds space deeply and loves walking in nature, connecting with the earth and animals.

  • All meals are provided by Happy Buddha Retreats, with delicious, nourishing food catering to most dietary needs. All vegetarian meals.

    Accommodation is cozy, comfortable, and shared.

  • No prior experience is required. This retreat is for anyone looking to explore breathwork, cold exposure, and self-discovery at their own pace.

  • The retreat is held at Happy Buddha Retreats in the Blue Mountains, NSW. A short drive from Sydney, carpooling options may be available upon request.
