After years of struggling with anxiety, Luke found peace and clarity through breathwork and cold exposure practices.
His personal experience led him to train through the Wim Hof Method Academy, becoming a certified instructor. With a deep passion for adventure, nature, and mindfulness, Luke’s mission is to guide others towards stress resilience, emotional healing, and self-discovery.
Through his workshops and retreats, Luke combines science-backed techniques with personal insights to empower others on their journey to a healthier, more fulfilling life.
