The Ice Bath: 3 Phases – Before, During, and After
Before the ice bath, we prepare as a group, but each participant experiences the plunge individually, supported closely by your instructor. I’ll guide you to ensure a high-quality, mindful experience with the cold—it's about how you connect, not how long you stay in. After exiting the ice, you’ll practice the techniques learned beforehand to gradually warm up while staying focused and present.

We’ll discuss practical ways to incorporate the Wim Hof Method into your everyday routine, turning it into a powerful habit that supports your well-being.
